Yet another film festival comes to Santa Ana this week. The “Cine Alternativo” festival takes place at the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art on Sycamore street, at the Artist’s Village.
The opening night film was Los Olvidados by Spanish-born director Luis Buñuel, director of the shocking Un chien andalou. The film takes place in 1950 Mexico City and it follows the lives of a number of street youths. For more on the movie click here. For more on Buñuel click here.
